How it works step by step

1. About the program

This program is for you if you if you want an ICF designation, as well as our methodologies, ongoing guidance, best-practice content, and Certified Executive Coach designation.

2. Discover

Discover if this coaching program is a good fit for you. Book a 30 min discovery call with Daiana and choose the best option for you. The full 125h ACTP program that includes the mentor coaching program required by ICF or only the 90h ACSTH training hours.

3. You start

You complete the 90 live training hours required by the ICF at your pace and convenience. Via distance learning only, it takes 5-8 months.

4. Join weekly

You can join our weekly live, interactive webinars. We meet 4 hour each week. Each session is different.

5. Complete the hours

You complete 10 hours of mentor coaching with a small cohort of no more than 10. This takes place over about 3 months per ICF rules.

6. Take advantage

Take full advantage of the resources in your member area, including: coaching methodologies, coaching plans, business development guidance, sample proposals, and past recorded teleclasses/webinars. These count towards the 25 self-study hours the ICF requires.

7. Match with other coaches

Yes, we match you up with other coaches via our coach matching service, so that you can practice coaching, build up the coaching experience hours the ICF requires, and keep getting better.

8. Qualify for the BCC

You can do extra work to qualify for the Board Certified Coach certification, as well as our business and career coaching certifications – at no extra cost. You can also do a special research project to create your own specialty certification (e.g., Non-profit Leadership Coach, Technology Leadership Coach, Healthcare Leadership Coach).

9. Other benefits

Includes our Business Development Intensive and business development guidance at no additional cost.

10. Certification

Includes our Master Facilitator certification and program at no additional cost.

11. Ongoing support

You get ongoing support anytime
you need it.

12. Success

By the end of this program you will have the training hours required to apply for your ICF designation. You will also be confident and competent as a coach and know how to work with executives, leaders, managers, business owners, and up-and coming talent.
